SPAIN/PORTUGAL/GIBRALTAR: FREE on orders > 55 euros
EUROPE: depending on reference. Usually between FREE and 10 EUROS.
exeptions: swizterland (15 euros), norway, finland, sweden, moldavia, lithuania, lativa, estland, romania, bulgaria, albania, romania (10 - 15 euros)
WORLDWIDE: FREE for all orders >400 euros. Use code FREEWORLD at the checkout. All orders <400 euros will be charged with 35 euro (depending on location the delivery costs can vary a bit)

EUROPE 2-4 days
INTERNATIONAL 5-12 days, depending on location. Delays can happen due to customs hold back or customs checks. We cannot be hold responsible for any delay of this kind neither are we responsible for any additional duties or taxes which needs to be paid depending on your location and are charged by the local tax or customs office.
Unfortunatly we do not ship to P.O. BOXES and at this moment we can not make deliveries to russia and north Korea. International orders can't be cancelled more then 12 hours after placing an order due to the fact that we handle all orders as soon as possible and carriers are contracted directly after placing an order.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days after arrival. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. In case of a return delivery we refund you the amount of the product less the original deliverycosts we paid for the shipping. As proof we can send you the original shipping invoice from our messangerservice. Sale sells are final sells. In case of any damage of the price labels or the original packaging we will not refund the amount of the product. If a return is not accepted because of any damages we send the product back to you after prepaying the extra shippingcosts.
How to make a return
When returning goods by post please ensure that the package is closed well. We cannot accept damaged packages. Sale ítems or goods with discount prices aré excluded from returns. Very important, please contact us first via mail (email@example.com) or the contactform which you can find at the top menu of this page before you ship an item back to us. If we receive an item back without getting informed before either via email or the contactform on this website we cannot accept the returned items. The client needs to inform us within a maximum of 14 days after the arrival about a return. Any other communicationways concerning a return are not legal and will not be accepted. With every purchase the client/buyer accepts this return policy.
Due to enviormental reasons we will not add a printed invoice or returnform to the shipping. After every purchase in our onlinestore you receive and online orderconfirmation. In case of a return please use the following returnadres:

Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. The client is responsible that the returndelivery arrives at our shop within 14 days after arrival. If the return product arrives later we will not accept the delivery and the item will be returned to the sender after paying for the deliverycosts. In the case of an exchange, we will not cover the cost of the shippingcosts for the new item to you.
