EUROPE: depending on size and weight. Usually between 10 and 15 euros.

INTERNATIONAL 5-12 days, depending on location. Delays can happen due to customs hold back or customs checks. We cannot be hold responsible for any delay of this kind neither are we responsible for any additional duties or taxes which needs to be paid depending on your location and are charged by the local tax or customs office.
Unfortunatly we do not ship to P.O. BOXES and at this moment we can not make deliveries to russia and north Korea. International orders can't be cancelled more then 12 hours after placing an order due to the fact that we handle all orders as soon as possible and carriers are contracted directly after placing an order.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DELIVERIES TO THE UK
Due to recent changes in the trade agreements between the UK and the EU you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon the arrival of your order.
We have unfortunately no control over these taxes. We advise you to maybe contact local custom offices to get further information about the charges.
The buyer must take full liability for any returned parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment charges, custom charges need to be paid upfront by the buyer. We dont accept returns with pending custom costs.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days after arrival. You have the right to open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. In case of a return delivery we refund you the amount of the product less the original deliverycosts we paid for the shipping, in case you return an item bought during a free delivery promotion we charge a standard 10 euro charge. We don’t state prepaid returnlabels.
Sale sells are final sells! (All discounted items or discounted items bought during a sale campaign are excluded from any returns and not return or refundable, by finalising the buying process the buyer agrees automatically to this terms)
In case of any damage of the price labels or the original packaging we will not refund the full amount of the product. If a return is not accepted because of any damages, we send the product back to you after you prepaid the extra shippingcosts. Please be aware in case you are not at home or unable to receive the delivery and the parcel gets deposited in a UPS or GLS pick up point due to absents the first day of arrival at pickup points counts as the first day of the 14 days guarantee time to return the article to our store.
How to make a return
When returning goods by post, please ensure that the package is closed well. We cannot accept damaged packages.
Very important, please contact us first via our customer service contactform which you can find in menu of this page before you ship an item back to us. If we receive an item back without getting informed before, we cannot accept the returned items. Any other communication ways concerning a return are not legal and will not be accepted. The client needs to make sure that the return item arrives back in our store within 14 days after applying for a return. If the return item arrives later, we will not accept the delivery and the item will be returned to the sender after the sender prepaid for the deliverycosts. In the case of an exchange, we will not cover the cost of the delivery for the new item to the client.
With every purchase the client/buyer accepts this return policy.
